이메일 제목(Re:~) 다음에 오는 서두에 관한 표현 모음! (2021. 6. 10. 좋은 표현 발견시마다 update)

 

 

 

Salutation이라고도 하는 글의 첫머리

 

  • Formal(To Whom It May Concern은 콜론 사용, 나머지는 쉼표 or 콜론 사용)
    • Dear [ 이름 ] 
    • Dear [ 직책 - 이름 모를 때]
    • To Whom It May Concern
    • Dear Sir or Madam
    • Dear All / Dear colleagues / Dear Coworkers / To [ Name of the Group ] / Attention [Name of the Group]
    • Greetings

 

  • Informal
    • Hi, [ 이름 ]
    • Hi, everyone / Hello, everyone
    • Good Afternoon / Good Morning

 

  • Salutation을 생략할 때에는 첫 문장에 상대방 이름을 쓰기도 함.
    • Well noted, David.

 

 

Email Introduction

 

처음 나 자신을 인사&목적 말하는 표현

 

  • Hope this e-mail finds you well. = I hope you are doing well. = I hope you are having a great day. = It's a pleasure having to connect with you again. = I hope you enjoyed your weekend.
  • It's great to hear from you. = It is great connecting with you.
  • I am very pleased to make your acquaintance.
  • Please allow me to introduce myself. I am [  ].
  • I'm reaching out from [회사 이름].
  • I'm [이름] from [회사이름], and I'm contacting you to [목적].
  • It's a pleasure to write to you about [목적].
  • I'm reaching out to you because [목적].
  • I'm reaching out about [목적].
  • I'm eager to get your advice on [목적].

 

동료가 널 소개해 주었어 / 내가 새로운 컨택 포인트야 (빠라빠라 빠빠밥~~등장!)

 

  • I am a colleague of [동료] who encouraged me to forward [ 문서 ] to you.
  • As mentioned by [동료], I'm your new point of contact at [회사].
  • From now on, I'll be your point of contact here at [회사]. I'm quite excited to assist you with [업무 내용].
  • [동료] recommended I contact you. = [동료] recommended I get in touch with you.

 

동료를 소개할게(introduce a colleague to client email / New Person in charge email 로 검색)

 

  • We had some internal changes, and from now on, [이름] will be your point of contact. She's cc'd in this email and is available to discuss the next steps.
  • I'm reaching out to inform you of some changes that we have recently experienced in our team. I am thrilled to introduce you to [이름], [회사]'s new point of contact.
  • I'm delighted to introduce [이름] as your new contact point. Everything else stays the same.
  • I've copied [동료] on this email so you can connect directly for [meeting / further information].
  • I would like to inform you that, the in-charged person of our company has been changed.
  • If you have follow-up questions, please contact [이름] (being cc'd herewith) directly.
